Request Account Deletion

How To Request Deletion

Authorized Uniting CRM users can initiate account deletion from the Uniting mobile app by opening Profile and selecting Request Account Deletion, or from this page.

Send the request to admin@uniting.dev. We will verify the request before deleting or deactivating the account.

What To Include

  • Account email.
  • Full name.
  • Organization name.
  • Confirmation that you want to delete your Uniting CRM account.
  • Whether you are requesting account deactivation only or deletion of account data where available.

What Happens After A Request

  • We verify that the requester controls the account.
  • We may contact the organization administrator when the account is part of a managed workspace.
  • We deactivate access or delete the account data that we control, subject to legal, security, audit, contractual, and organization retention requirements.
  • We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion steps within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security review, or organization administration.

Retention Notice

Because Uniting CRM is used by organizations, some CRM records, messages, audit records, invoices, or compliance records may be retained when required by law, security needs, contractual obligations, or organization administration requirements.

Local mobile app data, such as cached call logs and cached workspace data, can also be removed by signing out, deleting the app, or clearing local app data on the device.
