Manage Your Data

This page explains how Uniting CRM users can access, correct, delete, or ask questions about data collected through the Uniting mobile app, web app, and related services.

Because Uniting CRM is an organization workspace, some CRM records, team messages, and audit records may also be controlled by the organization that issued the account.

Access or Correct Account Information

  • Sign in to your Uniting CRM account to view your profile and workspace information.
  • Ask your organization administrator to update role, team, workspace, or CRM access details.
  • Email admin@uniting.dev with your account email, full name, organization name, and the data you want to access or correct.

Request Deletion

You can request account deletion or deactivation from the Uniting mobile app by opening Profile and selecting Request Account Deletion, by visiting uniting.dev/delete-account, or by emailing admin@uniting.dev.

We verify deletion requests before acting on them. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or organization administration purposes.

Photos, Attachments, and Messages

The iOS app uses Apple's photo picker only when you choose an image to attach to a workspace message. Uniting receives only the item you select. Message and attachment deletion may depend on your workspace role, organization retention settings, and audit requirements.

Calls, Notifications, and Device Settings

  • You can manage mobile notification categories from the app Profile screen where available, or from your device notification settings.
  • You can disable camera, microphone, or photo permissions from your device settings. Some features, such as media capture, voice notes, or in-app calling, may stop working when permissions are disabled.
  • Recent call logs may be cached on the device to make the Calls tab open quickly. Signing out, deleting the app, or clearing local app data removes local caches, but server-side CRM call records may remain under organization retention rules.
  • Missed call and communication notifications may appear in the app notification drawer and device notification center, depending on your app and operating-system settings.

Data Use and Sharing Choices

  • Uniting does not sell personal information.
  • Uniting does not use third-party advertising in the mobile app.
  • Uniting does not track users across other companies' apps or websites.
  • Data is shared only as needed with your organization, authorized workspace users, and service providers that host, secure, or support the service.
  • Calling data may be processed by communication providers, including TeleCMI, to complete outgoing calls, missed-call notifications, and CRM call-log synchronization.
  • If you have a question about data use or sharing, contact admin@uniting.dev with your account email and organization name.
